The Arboretum's Plants of Promise Garden, with its paved pathways and springtime palette, invites a slowing down to take in the deep peace and simple joys of this mindful meditation that is welcoming to all. Each practice begins with a series of gentle Qigong movements. The easy movements of Qigong support the body's natural healing processes, promote healthy circulation, invite a sense of inner calm, and release tension. This practice is accessible to all ages and all bodies.

Jenne Sluder, MA C-IAYT, is a certified yoga therapist and mind-body specialist. Jenne holds a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology: Eco-psychology from Naropa University with intensive training in mind-body approaches to improving mental health and physical well-being.
